Omni Real Estate is in the profession of providing unsurpassed services to our clients without inconvenience. Our goal is to facilitate the Sale or Purchase of your property in a fast, efficient and effective manner.

The Evolution

Owner of Omni Real Estate, Anne Marie Ohly moved to Dillon in 1973 from Minnesota. She started her own business as a secretarial/answering service for the local business community in 1974. In 1979, formed a property management company she led for 10 years which, was a natural transition to her current business Omni Real Estate Company.

The largest independently owned agency's in Summit County with over 20 years of mountain real estate experience and one of the fastest growing companies in the area. Currently, the Omni Team has 60+ Brokers, located in 6 offices within Summit, Park and Grand Counties.

Within the last 5 years Omni Real Estate has moved into the arena of developing New Neighborhoods.

• Farmers Grove, Between Breckenridge and Frisco, offered 50 value priced single family and multi-family homes
• Ryan Gulch Estates at the top of Wildernest
• The Point at Lake Dillon, located in Frisco, consisting of 6 multi- family units

Personal

A mother of 3 children Ann Marie lives in Silverthorne and is passionately active in the local community.

Professional Organizations

Past Chairperson of Education for Summit Association of Realtors, fromer President and past Secretary of The Women's Council of Realtors. Serves on the Board of Directors of Multiple Listing Service which allows access to all listed the properties in the region. Board President of Advocates for Victims of Assault.
